RedDot provides comprehensive professional support services for every stage of the implementation process, and beyond. Our Professional Services are conducted in a way to ensure good knowledge transfer and self-sufficiency at the conclusion of the service.
Our Professional Services are available at a daily rate, or customers can choose from one of our Technical Service packages.
CMS "Jump Start" Package
This five-day package is designed to "jump start" the development of a customer's first RedDot project. A RedDot Technical Service Consultant builds the basic structural "skeleton" of the project, including basic navigation and content templates during the first three days.
The following two days of the package involve an on-site visit by the Technical Service Consultant, scheduled at the customer's convenience. The Technical Service Consultant will assist with the implementation of RedDot, and explain the configuration of the project. Our Consultants take the time to ensure that the customer understands the structure of the project and, if time allows, directly assists the customer to develop the project further.
